Pricing Changes & More Delays/Bad News Regarding Plushies

We wanted to take a moment to share an important update regarding the shop, as well as some changes you may begin to notice moving forward.
Pricing and Shipping Changes
Over the past few months, many of you have expressed confusion regarding shipping costs at checkout. Because our system relied on real-time carrier rates, prices would fluctuate depending on location, timing, and carrier conditions. We understand that this created an inconsistent and sometimes frustrating experience.
To address this, we are currently restructuring how shipping and pricing are handled across the store. Our goal is to make pricing more predictable and transparent so you know exactly what to expect when placing an order.
At the same time, international shipping has become significantly more expensive due to ongoing global conflicts and logistical disruptions. In the past, we have done our best to absorb a portion of these costs to keep things reasonable for our international customers. Unfortunately, this is no longer sustainable.
We have historically operated on very slim margins, often close to breaking even on international orders. With the current increases, we are no longer able to absorb those costs without putting the business at risk. As a result, shipping prices for international orders will be adjusted to more accurately reflect the true cost.
Rising Production Costs
Beyond shipping, the cost of producing merchandise has increased across the board.
Shirt blanks have nearly doubled in price.
Art print paper costs have risen significantly.
Third-party fulfillment and warehousing fees have increased.
Every part of the supply chain has been affected, and it has made maintaining previous pricing extremely difficult. These changes are not made lightly, but they are necessary to ensure that we can continue producing high-quality, officially licensed merchandise.
Plushie Shipment Delays
We also want to address the current situation regarding the Renne (Sky) plushies and the remaining Anelace plushies.
As of March 26, we received confirmation from our manufacturer that these shipments are currently being held with no movement. This appears to be related to ongoing disruptions affecting customs processing. While there has not been a widely publicized announcement, the slowdown at US Customs has effectively halted the release of certain incoming shipments.
Unfortunately, this means that the plushies are currently stuck in a shipping container, and we do not have a confirmed timeline for when they will be released.
We understand how frustrating this is, especially for those who have been waiting patiently for their orders. Please know that we are actively monitoring the situation and will provide updates as soon as we receive new information.

We know this is a lot of change at once, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding. Our goal has always been to deliver quality merchandise while being as transparent as possible with our community.
