Plushie updates and keychain/standees updates!

Hi everyone, We want to take a moment to give a clear and honest update on our current shipments, especially for plushie preorders, keychains, and standees. First, we sincerely apologize for the delays.

 

We know many of you have been waiting patiently, checking for updates, and reaching out to us. We understand how frustrating it is to wait for something you were excited to receive, and we do not take that lightly.

 

Bunnygirl Volume 2 just started production and we will be shipping it through AIR to ensure it comes on time at our expense.

 

The Azure, Cold Steel IV, Reverie, and Horizon keychains and standees were delayed due to ongoing global shipping issues. These items were transported by sea, and port congestion caused by current world conditions led to extended hold times. The shipment has been sitting at port far longer than expected, and only recently began moving again this week. Similarly, the remaining Anelace and Renne from Sky plushies have faced the same situation.

 

They were held at port for most of February, and so far we have only received a partial batch of Anelace plushies, with the rest still working their way through the backlog. That said, plushie orders are now slowly being rolled out. As batches arrive, we are processing and shipping them as quickly as possible.

 

Our team is doing everything we can to make sure each plushie safely reaches its home. We know how much these mean to you, and we truly want every single one to arrive where it belongs. We receive many emails asking for updates, and we truly appreciate how much you care about these products. At the same time, this situation is unfortunately outside of our direct control.

 

Once shipments reach port, we are at the mercy of processing timelines that we cannot influence. That said, we are monitoring everything closely and will continue to share updates as soon as we have them.

 

Looking forward, this situation has made it clear that we need to improve how we handle distribution. We are actively exploring partnerships with regional distributors to reduce reliance on a single shipping pipeline.

 

Our goal is to prevent bottlenecks like this from affecting future releases and to deliver your orders more reliably, no matter where you are located.

 

Anelace plushies will finally be shipping out starting this week!
