End of Year (Plushie Updates) and More!
As 2025 comes to a close, we wanted to take a moment to share a meaningful update and extend our sincere thanks to everyone who supported us throughout the year.
We are happy to report that we have now packed and shipped over 200 plushie orders. Seeing these items finally make their way into your hands has been incredibly rewarding, and we appreciate the patience and enthusiasm you have shown during this process.
That said, we want to be fully transparent about the remaining delays. The Renne (Sky) plushie and the Anelace plushie are still in production and transit and are currently expected to arrive in late January to early February. While we understand that waiting is never ideal, we truly appreciate your understanding as we work through international manufacturing and logistics timelines.

Orders will be shipped together by default once all items are available. If you have any concerns and would like to receive available plushies sooner, please contact us through the contact form. We can discuss split shipping options and any additional shipping surcharge that may apply.
As we wrap up 2025, we want to emphasize how grateful we are for the trust you have placed in us. Every order, message, and show of support gives us the opportunity to keep improving. We are constantly learning, refining our processes, and striving to do better with each release. None of this would be possible without a community willing to believe in what we are building.
